Tom Majdanics
President, Kipp School
Tom Majdanics is the Founding Executive Director of KIPP Jacksonville Schools. He presently serves on the boards of the Jacksonville Children’s Commission and Hubbard House, was previously a member of the Jacksonville Journey anti-crime initiative and is an alum of Leadership Jacksonville.
Prior to joining KIPP, Tom served as a founding board member of KIPP Jacksonville, while running a $30M business unit as a Director for MSC Group, a Jacksonville-based health care firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in the strategy consulting and private equity industries in Chicago for firms such as Bain & Company, Citadel Investment Group, and First Analysis Venture Capital.
Tom is a graduate of Orange Park High School and has earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

Preston Keyes spoke on the Haiti donations. Members contributed $1,500, and the board added an additional $500.
Joe Springer spoke on the Shoot on 4-22-10. Jim Kelly spoke on a golf and tennis outing at Timaquana CC on March 24th.
Rob Overly asked members to consider participating in the Youth Exchange Program.
Martin Sack has refuted the claim that he is entering a Political Correctness Clinic.
Guest Speaker Audrey Moran, CEO of the Sulzbacher Center spoke on the Centers achievements including: 350 homeless call the center their home and allowed to stay as long as they follow their individual PLAN to reenter society. The Center regularly serves 1400 meals per day, 365 days a year. She the showed a video of “Stories from the Line” . Short narratives from the people receiving meals from the Center. Also, she stated that 1000 people per month utilize the Campuses Clinic.
